No. When signing your lease, you will be given a unique security passcode that allows you to access your space during normal gate hours. Access gates effortlessly with our contactless and hands-free solution.

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

We require a government-issued photo ID (for example: a driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and proof of ownership.

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, or go through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your account monthly. Auto-billing will be processed at the beginning of each month.

Absolutely. Just be sure to notify the office before doing so.

There are no major repairs on the property. Please keep any in-space maintenance to a minimum. All tenants' repair personnel must be accompanied by the tenant while on-site unless otherwise approved.

We require 10 days' notice before you move out. We will prorate on move-outs by the 10th.
